Our client is one of the largest land planning consultancies in the UK. They have expertise in all aspects of the planning and development process from site identification and project definition to implementation and management. They offer planning services to a range of prestigious clients through their extensive network of offices. They are looking to recruit planning consultants to join their established and thriving planning teams based in Kent and Essex.

In the Kent office two opportunities exist for qualified or recently qualified planners to benefit from access to an established and varied client base and to build a reputation for innovation, supported by an experienced team of development surveyors. We want to hear from candidates with –

A good knowledge of the planning system

The ability to apply their knowledge in a commercial context

The ability to deal with major strategic development projects

DC experience

In the Chelmsford office there is also an opportunity for a qualified or recently qualified planner to join a growing planning and development team. We want to hear from candidates with -
