Housing and Planning Policy Services Manager

A progressive manger, preferably with senior experience in the public sector housing field, plus knowledge of the relationship of strategic housing and the planning process. The task is to lead the combined Housing and Development Plans teams; coordinating their activities towards the corporate outcomes framework and working alongside senior colleagues in Regeneration and Policy and Performance, Finance and Planning etc.

Salary to c. £45500

They also require an experienced planner, conversant with latest development plans (LDF) processes is needed to lead a team of 7 in production of this authorities LDF. The person they need will have a progressive leadership style, bringing together the talents and experience within the team; liaising closely with Strategic Housing colleagues and participating in the wider corporate agenda.
