We are a small service with a major impact! You will have the experience and ability to successfully manage and deliver major regeneration projects and will bring with you a positive problem solving attitude.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of projects which may span physical regeneration, construction and procurement projects. The following are examples of the type of work you could be project managing:

•  Excellent Homes for Life Housing - PFI project for the development and management of 550 general needs and extra care housing.
•  Building Schools for the Future – procurement of a private sector partner to deliver a programme of BSF investment.

You will have a combination of skills and experience encompassing:

•  project management;
•  effective communication and relationship skills;
•  the ability to take on and lead a complex PFI project.
