With a remit stretching across regeneration, economic development, business enterprise, housing, transport, strategic planning, tourism, this role relies on solid and innovative partnerships. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a track record of strategic leadership, innovation and delivery in these complex areas as well as being delivery-focused, a calculated risk-taker and comfortable at a regional and national level, inspiring their team, partners, private investors and government.
