Warrington is a thriving and prosperous town in the northwest, with major regeneration proposals and developer interest. You will contribute fully to proactive planning in Warrington, including the master-planning and regeneration of areas set out in the Council’s Regeneration Framework. Preparing Design Briefs and Guidance Notes, you’ll contribute to the assessment of major development proposals throughout the borough. With a planning or related degree, you will recognise the importance of quality design and will have the ability to promote and encourage higher standards.
