Families into Work (FIW) is an exciting and innovative new project working to improve the life chances of people in Northumberland Park by working with families to identify and provide the services they need for parents to become employed and for children to achieve success in education and develop the skills and desire to obtain work with career prospects.You will lead a small team working with families and services focusing primarily on reducing worklessness, but also helping families deal with other issues which although not directly related to work, create problems and become barriers to work.

You will be a skilled and experienced regeneration practitioner, a self-starter who will rise to the challenge of an exciting new approach.You will have experience of managing multi-agency partnership projects, complex contracts and of working with partner agencies to inspire them to contribute to common goals.
