Senior Town Planner – Salford

Qualification: RTPI accredited qualification Experience: Ideally 5 years within a consultancy Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Bens

Duties:

• Working on all aspects of the planning process from design through to implementation. • Mentoring and advising other members of staff • Liaising with clients in a bid to develop and maintain new business • Working closely with directors • Leading project teams in compiling and managing planning submissions • Financial Management; preparing fee proposals

Typical Projects:

My client works on various large scale projects at any one given time these include the commercial, residential, and industrial and heritage sectors. The organization’s projects are in the public eye and are prominent in their respective areas.
