Senior EIA Planner – Edinburgh/Glasgow

£30k-£40k + Full Bens

The Company:

A trail blazing international Environmental Consultancy is actively looking for a Senior Town Planner to join their established team of planners in Edinburgh. Operating from over 30 countries world wide the organization is renowned for the diversity of projects it gets involved in and the innovative bespoke solutions it provides to clients.

Duties:

Your role will involve working in all areas of the planning process with a strong emphasis on minerals and waste/EIA’s. You will be required to be the primary point of contact for the client and be able to identify and develop new business opportunities. You will be working alongside private sector clients and local authority bodies. All work undertaken will be inline with RTPI legislation.

Experience:

You will ideally have a proven track record in the environmental sector from either a local authority or consultancy background, it is desirable to have experience in both sectors. Successful applicants are required to be fully chartered and hold a relevant RTPI accredited qualification. Experience of leading teams and managing projects from inception to completion is beneficial. The opportunity exists for terrific career progression and the potential to work from international offices.
