A Senior Regeneration & Conservation Officer is wanted at this North London Borough to work on a long-term contract.

As a senior regeneration officer you must have experience in dealing with complex projects and schemes, monitoring their outcomes, team and inter-agency working, and implementing consultation on schemes. Also you will need to have working knowledge of the planning system as well as being able to commission projects and contract management from tendering through to completion.

Your will be expected to organise your own workload; to manage work programmes and projects for the team; to work under pressure, maintaining high quality and output; achieve set deadlines and targets, and to take effective and appropriate decisions under pressure. A high level of interpersonal, team working and inter-agency communication skills is essential.
