Opportunity Peterborough, the urban regeneration company (URC) for the city, was established in April 2005 to manage the billion pound transformation of Peterborough. We are leading a partnership initiative with the East of England Development Agency (EEDA), Peterborough City Council and English Partnerships to ensure that the city grows sustainably.

To meet this challenge we are looking to recruit experienced regeneration professionals able to manage and support projects relating to the environmental, physical, economic and social regeneration.

Senior Regeneration Officer (6 to 8 years experience) £28 - £35kStarting salaries are dependant upon the candidate's skills and experience.

Key responsibilities include managing and supporting the delivery of growth and regeneration projects. To organise, attend and chair meetings. To develop briefs, manage tendering process. To collect, monitor and analyse key information relating to social, land use, population, housing and economic plans, infrastructure and regeneration. Higher education qualification in a relevant subject is required.
