2008 sees South Kilburn NDC enter the last 3 years of its 10 year, £50.6m regeneration programme. This coming year will see the start of a crucial phase, with the anticipated final agreement on a £1 billion housing redevelopment programme, and working to further develop and sustain our local projects. Together with our Partners we are delivering a large regeneration programme aiming to make a difference where it matters most to local people.

Project Manager (SO1) £25,440 (pending review) including London Weighting. (Two year fixed term contract)

For this key post within the NDC delivery team, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our organisation and make a real difference to the lives of local people. You will have experience of working in a community setting with a number of local residents, groups and partner agencies such as the Primary Care Trust, Police and Local Authority departments.

You will be a self starter with practical experience in contributing to projects with strong communication skills, along with the ability to effectively manage budgets. This post will involve you being part of a small team managing up to 20 projects across our priority areas of Health, Community Safety, Properties, Jobs & Skills and Children & Young People.
