Our client is a commercial planning consultancy established over 5 years ago, operating throughout the UK.

A small but very successful consultancy, they provide a highly commercial blend of planning, sustainability and development services to a broad range of clients across the commercial, residential, office and retail sectors.

Operating out of Manchester, the firm works across the UK, the core focus of their business being on planning and strategic development consulting with regard to major commercial property development across the country. These include large scale urban regeneration projects with coupled mixed use issues, housing sites; retail food store schemes and office developments.

Due to a growing caseload of work and the strategic growth needs of the company, they currently require an experienced professional to assist in the future development of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and commercially astute individual with management capabilities and strong business acumen. The main attributes of the role will include:

 Win and manage profitable planning projects (of significant size and complexity)  Generate new and develop existing revenue streams  Assist in longer-term development of the business  Project management responsibility  Staff management responsibility
